APARTMENT 4 with spectacular Sea Views:
Apartment with incredible views of Santo Tomas Beach, just 1 minute walk from the water, completely renovated and equipped for 4 people, very comfortable and cheerful. Very well located and quiet.
In a privileged location in Santo Tomás with stunning sea views, large balcony and pool. Supermarket, bar, restaurant, ice cream parlor, nearby, 25 m from the beautiful sandy beach.
This beautiful apartment is equipped with ceiling fans in its two double bedrooms, each with two 90cm beds. The living room has an open kitchen, so when cooking you can enjoy the views.The location is exceptional: just below the apartment there’s a great restaurant if you don’t feel like cooking, along with a nearby café and supermarket. A large public parking lot is just steps away, with electric car charging stations.
The pool is communal, has sun loungers, and is always quiet.
This apartment is Eco Friendly, so cross ventilation is recommended, since being in an elevated position it always enjoys a breeze that is enhanced by opening the windows in the north and south at the same time, thus creating a current. of air that, added to the fans, maximum comfort is achieved.
Other services can be provided on demand at an additional cost, such as a private chef or babysitting service, a photography tour of the island or even a personalized beauty session.
We recommend recycling garbage, so outside the apartment you will find 3 containers, one yellow for plastic, one green for glass and one blue for paper or cardboard. You will also find another short green for organic and other waste.

We had a fantastic week in this beautiful apartment. The view of the sea is absolutely stunning, and the direct access to the beach makes it even more special; the beach itself is gorgeous and sunbeds for rent are available on site. The apartment is very clean, spacious, and fully equipped for cooking. Having a private parking spot was a real bonus, and there’s also a supermarket right downstairs.
Virginia was always quick to respond and very helpful.
I would definitely recommend this place!
