Villa Ponti A5 is the perfect summer getaway in Menorca. Located on the front line of the sea, this eco-friendly villa invites you to relax in a setting of luxury and sustainability. With a modern and functional design, the house offers 4 spacious bedrooms and a large living room that opens directly onto the porch and refreshing saltwater pool. Every space, from the interior to the exterior, is equipped with ceiling fans, ensuring a cool breeze throughout.
The dining area, integrated with the living room, is perfect for enjoying long summer meals with views of the Mediterranean. The villa also boasts a large private plot, where the garden, filled with native plants, enhances the island's natural beauty while conserving water.

Booking Conditions and House Rules:
Minimum stay:7 nights. For shorter stays, please contact us.
Reservations up to 9 nights:do not include cleaning service or change of bed linen and towels.
Reservations from 10 to 13 nights:include a mid-stay change of bed linen and towels (without cleaning service).
Reservations of 14 nights or more:include a full cleaning and change of bed linen and towels at mid-stay.
Reservation confirmation:A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking. For reservations made through other platforms, we will contact you to arrange this payment.
Final payment:The remaining balance must be paid at least 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations:If the reservation is canceled within the refundable period, payments made by bank transfer will be fully refunded. For payments made by credit card, bank fees will be deducted from the refund.
House Rules:
Outdoor showers:Please use the outdoor showers to remove sand before entering the house. Indoor showers are not intended for this purpose.
Umbrellas:Always close all umbrellas when leaving the property. Sudden winds can occur on the island and may cause damage.
Waste disposal:Please dispose of garbage regularly to prevent odors and insects, especially during summer.
