The air conditioning was a huge plus, especially considering the AC situation in Europe (we stayed in the summer, so this was very helpful in ensuring a relaxing stay). Room is very true to the picture. There’s a lot of storage space around the bed and under the bed, as shown in the picture. I saw that some people discussed complication of instruction regarding keys and entering/ exiting the building- it seemed confusing when explained, but once you do it once or twice you get the rhythm of the steps. There are a lot of small convenience stores and a supermarket nearby, which is helpful. Had no issues using the TV and appreciated that he provided guests with Netflix!

Although the property is only a 3 minute walk from Trastevere station, and therefore a lot of other bus options, it’s not centrally located in and of itself. I found Rome’s public transit system to be a bit overwhelming, so just know that you’ll have to be comfortable/ content getting to main attractions by transit. The shower was a bit cramped.

Location is good.Easy to moving to city.staff is helpful.

Location is good, you have food store, caffe bar and mix store inside this building. Underground station is 5 min walk from there, you can see it from the window. Room is very good, bed was cosy and bathroom was good and modern.

Where to begin? In the description of this object it says that parking is available nearby and its 4 euros per day. In that belief, I sent message to owner asking him about parking location and he got to me later with some parking for 20 euros per day, in other words it turns out that 4 euros per day was some fantasy. I came here with my wife on holiday, owner greeted us but right in the start we noticed his akward behaviour. First we got all three of us in the elevator and he started explaining to us how to properly open and close the door of the elevator, then we got to his apartment main door, he continued to explain about that door how to properly turn keys in lock and we finally got in the end of the apartment hallway where was our door to our room. He explained there to my wife when she hear click sound in the lock it means that door have opened wtfff?! Then inside of the room he showed us around and he asked us if one toilet paper is enough for me and my wife for 3 nights??? I said of course no and he got us one more toilet paper, what more to say? Tomorrow we ourselves bought one pack of toilet paper in a store. Then he asked us for our ID cards. I told him I have already our ID photos in my phone I can send it to him, he said he wanted to take a picture himself, like we are criminals, little rude but okay. Then he asked us if we know how to use coffee machine that he will explain it to us. We said no need we know. Communication was bad, he did not speak english but only probably google translate it via phone for messages. When he finally left our room he just moved to another room which was one meter away from our room, it means HE lives here and if you want ANY type of privacy RUN FROM THIS PLACE! We felt like someone is constantly supervising us, really really akward in a bad way. Then he send me a video tutorial where he explains to us how to properly hang towels in the bathroom, what other proof do you need to confirm my story I wrote here.
