Beachwood Villas 12C

We enjoyed that it was right off the beach n very relaxing!

You have to drive a bit to get to places but it’s still a great place to stay!

I liked the cleanliness and comfort of the condo! I never felt uncomfortable.

The guest bathroom had a spot of mold on the wooden piece of the bathtub. It did have a scent after it got wet after a shower.

Condo is on the 3rd floor and not an easy trip to and from the beach, especially with small children. The closest beach access is a private beach so you have to walk further down to set up…it’s not as close as the description makes it seem. Uncomfortable, loud squeaky beds, one bathroom sink didn’t drain, internet didn’t work, small older showers, and patio doors didn’t lock properly. There was also no beach gear to borrow like many condos in the area have. We’ve been to 30A several times and this unit was more expensive than our past condos but not nearly as good of a unit, location or value. Messaged the owners two questions and never heard back. Will go to a different location next trip to 30A.
