Location and the place was great. house was comfy and lots of boat dock area. Parking easy and has plenty of room. everything worked and kitchen had all that I needed.

The host over communicates and you cannot unsubscribe even after multiple attempts. They are nice but will not leave you alone. I have been gone a week and still get emails.
