Anassa Seaview Villa - Stunning Panoramic Views

Everything about this villa was exceptional - honestly, nothing could be faulted. We travelled as a family of 5 with two small children (aged 3 and 1), and they had the most amazing time splashing around in the pool and playing in the little enclosed garden beside the villa. The location was perfect too, within a 10-minute walk to both the beach and the strip, which was really convenient. The icing on the cake for us was the genuine warmth we received from the hosts. Elena and her husband met us on arrival and immediately made us feel like part of the family. They were especially wonderful with the children and made everyone feel completely at home. We had one rainy day, which is unusual for May, and Elena kindly messaged me on WhatsApp asking if she could bring over some toys for the children so they wouldn’t be upset about not being able to play outside. Such a thoughtful gesture - she arrived with 3 big bags of toys for them. The hosts also provided an inflatable for the pool, a cot, a baby bath and a stair gate, which made travelling with young children so much easier. I’ve stayed in many places throughout Cyprus, but Elena and her husband truly made us feel part of the family, and that made the trip extra special ❤️ Please don’t hesitate - book this villa!

Firstly, please don’t let the threat of “war” put you off — I’ve genuinely never felt safer in a country or place in my life. We stayed for the first two weeks of May as a family of five for my parents’ 40th wedding anniversary, and we honestly couldn’t recommend it enough. Elena and Nicos, the owners, were unbelievably welcoming, leaving us bread, milk, cheese and water and greeting us personally on arrival. The villa was spacious, spotless, and exactly what we were looking for. The location was also perfect — peaceful and relaxing while still being close enough to local restaurants, shops, and beaches to explore easily. Every evening we found ourselves sitting outside enjoying the views and atmosphere, and it really felt like a home away from home. The whole experience exceeded our expectations, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future.
