Nadland Apartments B61

The appartment is large& clean, seems cca 2-3 years old, stylish decour: cca 70 m2 of total space; best "price-value" I got soo fart and I as in Vienna cca 10 times. The building is also new: with a lift. Zhe general Floridsdorf area is not ultra-touristy, but felt safe. Good Wi-Fi and internet, P2P friendly. Close proximity to SCN (Shopping Centre Nord) and grocery stores, MediaMarkt (electronics): all in 5 min walk. The best parking in cca 3 min away in the Hospital building: cca 36 EUR/day, but new, under cameras and clean. The tram/bus is directly in front of the building, goes to the city centre area - cca 45 min to the centre of Vienna, which is good. Keep up the good work! (Date of stay: 8-2026)

Maybe some furniture on the balcony: its 15 m2 of literrally un-sued prime Vienna space! The parking is costly nearby, but: its Vienna! The lock on the entrance doors in our appartment sometimes did not lock on the first attempt. (Date of stay: 8-2026)

I would have appreciated hand washing soaps in all the toilets instead of the just the main bathroom.

Big, clean, well equiped apartment, exactly as in the pictures. Near to tram and train station and also near to super market. We liked the comfy bed and the garden view of the two rooms with balkony apartment. We enjoyed our stay and extended it for one more day .

Nothing to be metioned here, we liked Nadland apartment.
