Die Größe und Architektur des Appartments, die Nähe zur U-Bahn/S-Bahn. Ruhiges Appartment
Die Ausstattung war sehr dürftig. Selbst Standards wie Klopapierhalter, Handtuchhalter, Mülleimer waren nicht vorhanden. Die Möbel waren alt und unvollständig - in der Kommode hat eine Schublade gefehlt, der Tisch war zerkratzt. Das Badezimmerregal in der Dusche war rostig. Die Möbel auf der Terrasse waren so schmutzig, dass man sie nicht nutzen könnte. Das Appartment lässt sich schlecht lüften, so dass es sogar Anfang Mai schon ziemlich warm und stickig wurde.
