Gokulam Grand Resort & Spa, Kumarakom

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The resort is beautiful, peaceful, very clean and well maintained, with a lovely ambience. The staff were exceptionally courteous, friendly and welcoming. Athul was very thoughtful at check-in and arranged a quieter room for us when he realised the original room might be affected by noise from a family staying next door. As this was our wedding anniversary, we really appreciated that consideration.

I also had a wonderful massage at Ayursugam Spa with Aswathy, who was excellent. It was incredibly relaxing and professionally done. The boating and kayaking staff were very helpful and friendly, and the chef was also extremely courteous and welcoming. The food was lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience.

Warm hospitality and location. Fabulous variety of the food and the quality and taste was outstanding. Russel the bartender. Great mixologist. Even if he did not have all the ingredients of a cocktail, he would somehow create his own version that was same if not better in taste.

The pedal boat and kayaking were underwhelming. You really can only go around the small pond. The pool is too small for the size of the property. 4 guests and it felt full. Noise from the external fans of the A/C were rather loud.

The facilities,food and the property as a whole was good. This was the thitd time iam coming here- stayed twice and once came for Onam celebration and lunch .

All staff were very welcoming and friendly. But the way we were treated for checkout by the reception staff (🤔) was very rude and spoiled the mood.
