A Fantastic villa set in a wonderful location, just a short walk to the hotel with bars, restaurants and the first tee.
In a quiet tranquil horseshoe shaped close with wonderful views overlooking the golf course.
Large sized rear garden with good sized swimming pool, plenty of sunshine with shaded areas throughout the day.
The boulevard with bars and restaurants approx 10 mins walk as well as a well stocked supermarket.
Beach 10 min drive away in the town of Los Alcazares which has many shops, bars and restaurants.
The villa is well equipped for families as well as golfers to have the most wonderful time.

Lovely location, close to the clubhouse and Clover bar. In a quiet cup-de-sac and has everything you need. Great space outside to entertain and enjoy the pool. Brilliant space inside and there was 9 of us.
A few little issues but the key holders sorted those out straight away.
Thanks for letting us stay, had a great time.

Fantastic villa which was perfect for our party of 7- 4 adults and 3 teenagers. The villa was great, kids each had their own rooms which worked out well with one couple upstairs and the other downstairs. David & Tracy (the owners) had thought of everything possible so the villa was equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our stay- many thanks for the fizz & beers on arrival! Terry, the keyholder, met us on arrival- contact throughout was excellent and she had even completed a shop for us which was much appreciated.
All in all a great holiday in a fantastic villa- we will definitely be back!

We have just arrived back home from 10 days at this villa and it was absolutely perfect. Our contact Terry couldn't have been any more helpful. The owners contact was also very prompt and helpful. The villa was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The pool was a great size too. This is our second time at mar menor golf resort and we will definitely be back and would love to visit this property again. There are nice restaurants nearby and the beach is a 10-15 min drive. The hotel is couple of mins walk away and the area is very peaceful and safe. Fabulous for a family holiday!
