This unit has turned into an annual rental for us. We’re already planning our return next year.
The accessibility to the beach and pool make this ideal! The washer and dryer in unit are a life saver when traveling with kids plus the sand toys, beach chairs and umbrella make getting right to the beach a breeze.

Great location, the beach is a few steps away from the condo, parking was right across the elevator. Beautiful ocean view from the deck.

Renters beware: No where that I read stated this unit was directly above a bar, on 3rd floor. While this condo has a beautiful views, this unit sits right above the bar and is very noisy until wee hours of the morning (2-3am on a few nights). Cigarette smoke wafts up from all areas while trying to enjoy the patio area, also. The current condition leaves much to be desired. After traveling more than a decade across the gulf coast staying in numerous condos the location is wonderful, the accommodations need desperate improvements. The furniture is heavily worn, outdated, and in need of replacement, which takes away from the overall comfort and appeal of the space. Several areas feel neglected, and it’s clear that updates and general improvements are overdue.
