Nice condo. This is our 6th stay at Sunset Vistas and first at this condo. Loved how the parking spot was close to elevator. Through no fault of hosts, we weren't able to access the beach in front of the condo, and Sunset Vistas maintenance was loud (we took walks to get away from sandblasting).
Hosts were easy to contact, and unit had all amenities as promised.

We stayed a full week two couples for an anniversary trip. If you have more it will be a bit tight BUT the views are AMAZING and you are steps from the beach. They are still recovering at some locations in the area BUT there was so much that is open we had NO issues. Did I mention the views! They even accommodated us with a early check-in since our flight changed. I would stay again if we head back to the area for the convenience to the beach and views!

No frills - but gets the job done! We enjoyed our stay, GREAT location and to our surprise during the kite festival, lovely to wake up and see the kites right out our porch! Gave a 3 as the place is dated, the mattress was great, but in a very squeaky bed frame. Kitchen items were stocked but limited. No trash bags, no Kleenex, no soap in master shower and the electrical kept tripping. Other than this (which were minor) we had a nice stay. Hope to be back…
