Upon arrival, stunning interior design and décor embrace you the moment you open the door. The main level features an open kitchen, dining, and living area. Enjoy entertaining family and friends with combined seating for 8 in the dining area and breakfast bar. The living area leads to a private screened patio where you can sit back and enjoy the gorgeous marina view. A ½ bathroom and storage closet are located on the main level. On the upper level, you'll find the master suite which features a king bed, a beautiful master bathroom, and its own private screened patio with an elevated marina view. The second bedroom features two queen beds and adjacent full bathroom. A washer and dryer are also located on the upper level. Upon request, a dedicated boat slip can be provided (boats up to 28’ in length), just steps from the back door.

PARKING: One assigned parking space and available guest parking

CHECK-IN/OUT: Check-in after 4PM, check-out by 11AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged - please inquire about pricing. Availability will be confirmed as the reservation date approaches.

DISCLAIMER: This home has a 28-night minimum stay. The entire property is smoke/vape free. Gatherings, parties, weddings, baby showers or birthdays are not allowed. Any breach of the previously stated conditions could be reason for dismissal.

HOLIDAY WEEKS: 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Spring Break, Easter, Mini Lobster Season and Opening of Regular Lobster Season. We also charge an additional 5% tax fee for Monroe County Taxes on all bookings.
