Welcome to Soco House! Located in Buttonwood Bay, this waterfront 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is the perfect getaway for your next vacation. This completely remodeled second floor unit will show you why Buttonwood Bay is Key Largo’s premier destination.
The condo has been completely remodeled and everything is brand new with high end finishes. Your end-unit condo has waterfront views of the marina and a 35' boat slip (total length) for your next fishing or sandbar adventure. The main living area has an open concept kitchen overlooking the dining room (seats 6) and living room with a flat screen TV. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances with a microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, oven, induction stove, and dishwasher. The full size washer and dryer are nicely hidden within the custom cabinetry.
It has a split floor plan with the master bedroom on one side. The master bedroom includes a king bed, large bathroom with a shower, and large walk-in closet. On the other side you have a guest room with a queen bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a bunk room with two built-in custom bunkbeds (4 twin beds total). Overall the unit sleeps 8 guests comfortably.
There is also a nice sized den overlooking the water with a desk so you can work, if needed (but hopefully not too much!).
Outside you will have a large screened in porch with a six person table overlooking the water. You can spot dolphins, manatees, and other wildlife as you drink your morning coffee out on the patio!
This second floor unit is located right next to the elevator.
The Buttonwood Bay community has several swimming pools, tennis and pickleball courts, a beautiful private beach, areas to watch the sunset, gym, and a fuel station. It is close to fantastic restaurants serving freshly caught seafood, whether you want to stay in Key Largo or venture farther south to Islamorada. It is also minutes from John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park, deep sea and flats fishing charters, and other fantastic outdoor adventures.

Just spent the best Two Months (Feb. & March) ever! The condo was clean & comfortable. Buttonwood Bay is quite a large complex but we brought our scooters to get around. One of the three pools was close enough to walk to and they kept it nice & warm! Our favorite part of the day was watching the manatees & an occasional dolphin in the morning from the screened in lanai while drinking our coffee. Walking to the point to see the sunset over the bay was amazing! We also were glad that we brought our own beach chairs for a relaxing day by the gulf. Communication with the owner was quick and easy. We hope to come back sometime in the future!

We have a great vacation stay at Buttonwood Bay. Kristen's condo is exactly as pictured, modern, bright, nicely decorated, comfortable and extremely clean! Kristen was an excellent communicator and offered some flexibility to make our stay perfect. The resort property was great with 3 nicely heated pools, lots of pickleball and tennis courts plus some very friendly neighbours. There were even manatees, dolphins and tarpon swimming in the canals. Plus there is so much to do in the Keys, it added up to an excellent vacation!

Beautiful Condo,great location. The Host is so accommodating and wasy to work with. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. Everything in the condo was updated.
