This SANDESTIN GOLF AND BEACH RESORT® two story townhouse rental has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms plus a bonus room for plenty of space and amenities to accommodate 12 guests. It’s the perfect space for large or multiple families or friend groups!
Enjoy the view of the neighborhood lake just out your wall-to-wall windowed doors in the main living space of this open concept townhouse. The décor, inspired by ocean blues and beachy sand, invites you to kick back and relax to take in a show in the flat screen TV or just to visit and enjoy company.
Adjacent to the living area seating is the dining area, which seats up to eight; there’s additional seating outside on the newly paved patio, and the spacious fully equipped kitchen has an additional counter bar, great for entertaining and serving quick bites!
On the first floor, you will conveniently find two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first guest room has a queen bed with en suite bath and the second bedroom has 2 twin beds with access to the hall bath. The twin bedroom also has access to an exterior courtyard area.
Upstairs you’ll find the master bedroom, which has a king bed and en suite bathroom with double vanity and walk-in tiled shower. Across the hall is the third guest room, with queen bed & full bathroom with walk-in shower. Also located on the 2nd floor is a bonus room with TV and sofa. There’s plenty of space to spread out in this stunning townhome!

There were 4 women and we each had our own bedroom and bath, which was very nice. The unit was clean but most all the furnishings were well worn and bathroom shower curtains need to be replaced. There were no cushions for the outdoor furniture. The rooms are good size and the view of the lake was beautiful. Having a golf cart was perfect for getting around. Groceries fit nicely on the back seat, when folded down. Loved driving it! We used both the pool area and the beach. Rental chairs and umbrellas are a bit pricey but the owner does provide the low beach chairs (3) and one umbrella. All the customer service was most helpful. I worked with Kandace mostly and she was so nice and helped me with anything I asked her. Looking across the street is the back of a very nice shopping center with several places you would like to enjoy for eating and shopping. We ate breakfast outside twice at Ruby Slipper in Baytown and the food is wonderful. Breakfast and lunch only. There are several nice restaurants in Baytown and lots of things for the children to engage in. Great Happy Hour and dinner at Tommy Bahama's in Sandestin Town Center. The Town Center has many wonderful stores and a Publix. We enjoyed our stay and were blessed with warm and sunny days for the entire week. We are already talking about returning next year!!

Condo was amazing... clean, spacious, well furnished. New golf cart was a plus. We loved the proximity to the beach. We had a couple of minor maintenance issues but you guys were amazing with taking care of the issues. Thank you for that. Overall a fantastic getaway. Thanks for the hospitality.

The Villa was very clean. But it was not very well stocked. The can opener did not work. The pans were very few and poor quality. The grill was very small and a charcoal grill. It had lots of beach chairs and boogie boards. Which was very nice for our grandchildren. Also the decor was outdated. We still had a great week and we greatly appreciated the cleanliness! But a shopping trip by owners for the items mentioned would have made our stay even better! Thanks!
