The villa in modern beach house style was newly built in 2011 and completely renovated in 2016 and tastefully and modernly furnished with high-quality furniture, a large private pool and garden. The great highlight of our villa is, in addition to the lush Mediterranean nature on the property and the tranquillity, that you can reach the marina and one of the most beautiful beaches in Europe, called "ES Trenc" or "Caribbean beach" with a wide white sandy beach in just a few minutes' walk (300m). The water is very shallow, making the water turquoise and the beach particularly popular with sun worshippers, children and "non-swimmers". In the village of Sa Ràpita there are a variety of services such as restaurants directly on the coast, bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, bank. A novelty on Mallorca is that there is no typical mass tourism in Sa Ràpita due to the lack of hotels. The village with its lovely restaurants and small weekly market is only a 5-minute walk away.
