Sensational house with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, with designer furniture and exclusive equipment (smart TV with satellite antenna, alarm, free Wi-Fi internet access, air conditioning in the living room), terraces with outdoor furniture and barbecue, attic with terrace- solarium and fireplace, kitchen equipped with all the latest technology appliances (induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster and coffee maker). Dining room with large windows and wonderful views of the Mediterranean Sea.
The views of the sea and the wonderful island of Cabrera from all places of the house are spectacular, very well furnished and with all kinds of amenities.
In front of the house there is a bathing area as a natural pool of crystalline waters and with direct descent to the sea.
Due to its close location of the beach you can walk to the wonderful beaches of Sa Rapita and Es Trenc, (10 km from the magnificent beaches of crystal clear waters). It is a pleasure to relax and have a wonderful walk along the seashore.

We loved this property. The house is so comfortable. The view is incredible. You can walk across the street and get into the ocean. Also there are many restaurants in walking distance, a bakery for breakfast, and a little grocery store.
The house is fully equipped with everything you need. The bathrooms had lots of
Towels, paper products and soaps.
I must say a few words about our host Joana. She was the best host ever. We arrived late. She had already made reservations for us at a local restaurant. She also left us a bottle of wine. She walked us through the property and explained how everything worked. We all adored her.
Can’t wait to go back!
