About this house rental
Idyllically situated by the village pond in Kopendorf, this semi-detached home—built just a few years ago—invites you to relax and unwind. A total of 4 residential units are available for rent, so 4 families of friends can vacation together on a single property.
Quietly situated a short distance back from the street, this 88-square-meter Frisian-style semi-detached home offers a lovingly and individually furnished vacation rental.
On the first floor is the living/dining area with a small, open kitchen, a separate utility room, and a guest restroom. Upstairs, one bedroom with a double bed and another with two single beds invite you to enjoy a restful night’s sleep.
The second bedroom is accessible through the first.
The bathroom is equipped with a nice shower, a bathtub, and an additional toilet. The hallway offers ample storage space for luggage.
In front of the house is a parking area with a charging station for electric cars on the fenced-in property, which also provides safety for small children.
Behind the house, a lovely terrace invites you to relax or dine at the garden table.
A small outdoor fireplace ensures cozy evenings and fun barbecuing. Just a few minutes away by bike is the idyllic, small fishing village of Lemkenhafen is just a few minutes away by bike, featuring its popular fish smokehouse with a rustic atmosphere at the tables in the smoking room—where you can watch the fish being smoked—and a charming outdoor area where you can enjoy your freshly smoked fish right by the water.
It’s also not far to the small Orther harbor with its restaurants and small shops, as well as the popular surfer’s paradise. Nature lovers will be drawn to the Wallnau Bird Sanctuary nearby, and for those who’d like to go shopping after a day at the beach, the “island capital” of Burg is just a few minutes’ drive away.
For a quick trip to Denmark, you can take the car ferry from Puttgarden to Rødby in half an hour.
The nearby town of Petersdorf offers shopping options for daily needs. Right outside the front door, a bus stop ensures easy access even without a car.
If you’re arriving by car, take the Fehmarnsund Bridge, keep left, and just follow the road until you reach Kopendorf ;-)
