8-sided unique cottage with whirlpool located in scenic surroundings on Læsø. The ideal holiday home for the large family who wants lots of outdoor space and the cozy holiday home atmosphere. The style is modern and functional, nothing is missing here. There are three good bedrooms with good beds and closet space, and in one of the rooms there is a TV with i.a. German channels. Large loft with good stairs where you can sit and read or enjoy a good cup of coffee on the cozy days. There are two bathrooms with shower and underfloor heating, one of which has a whirlpool for cozy moments. The heart room of the cottage consists of a large and open living room with good acoustics in connection with the well-equipped kitchen. There is room for everyone to meet and enjoy cooking, meals, games, a good movie or whatever the mood dictates. In the living room there is a wood burning stove. The room has several windows and two skylights, where the fascinating light flows in, and on hot days you can open up to the terrace. The house is equipped with Apple TV, Chromecast and a good internet with good streaming capabilities. In addition, the house is equipped with an air / water heat pump and solar cells, so small expenses can be expected. The annex of the house is heated and can accommodate two people and has a small kitchenette. Outside there is an additional toilet and shower in the shed. There are terraces around the house, where there is plenty of shelter, shade and the opportunity to move with the sun around or if you want to make a good pizza in a real pizza oven, then there is the opportunity. On the lawn there is plenty of space for play and ball games. Not for rent to youth groups. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
