Fantastically located holiday home in beautiful Nr. Lyngby. There is a sauna and wilderness bath. The spacious living room and kitchen/dining room offer the most beautiful lake and sea view. The house is energy-saving and has both a wood-burning stove, underfloor heating and an air/water heat pump. The house's large ceiling-to-floor window sections make full use of daylight throughout the day and are also low energy. The decor is in a modern style. The kitchen is equipped with, among other things "boiling" tap and wine fridge. The house has 3 bedrooms, one of which has direct access to its own bathroom and access to the terrace.
