About this house rental
Bright and well-kept holiday cottage located on a level natural plot approx. 200 m from the ocean and beach. You have a small view of the ocean and dunes from the window in kitchen and living room. The house has a modern decor with open concept kitchen and living room, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with underfloor heating. Modern furnishings in Danish design. There is a wood-burning stove for cosy evenings and low-cost heating. There is also an energy-efficient heat pump. Open terrace facing east, south and west. The large terrace area is sheltered from the wind and has 2 windbreakers you can use to convert the terrace into a secluded patio. No letting to youth groups. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

The cottage had a great vibe, and we loved spending time on the terrace in the mornings, It was a bit windy, but the windbreakers helped create a cozy space, The only downside was the weather, but we made the most of it!

We had a fantastic stay at this holiday home, The modern decor made us feel right at home, and the proximity to Lyngby Beach was perfect for our family, The underfloor heating in the bathroom was a lovely touch, especially during the chilly evenings,

Die Lage dicht am Strand (5 Minuten zu Fuß, Zugang zum Strand allerdings über eine Treppe mit 68 Stufen).
