About this villa rental
Villa Eva is a magnificent high-quality and refined house with a private swimming pool and games room ideal for 8 to 10 people.
Vila Eva is a beautiful house with spacious interior areas, fully equipped to receive with refinement those seeking a relaxed quality holiday.
On the ground floor, there is a spacious double suite equipped with air conditioning, 2 steps up there are 2 more bedrooms also with air conditioning and a bathroom with a spacious shower.
On the first floor there is only the main double suite with air conditioning and a wonderful balcony with outdoor furniture, shower and a fabulous sea view.
This property has air conditioning only in the bedrooms.
The spacious living room is very comfortable with a fireplace, equipped with an LCD TV, foreign television channels, internet and has access to the outdoor dining area, barbecue, swimming pool and garden. Also on this floor there is a relaxing games room with a ping-pong table, table football and Wi-Fi for payment.
The well-equipped kitchen and laundry room for guest use are a delight for those who enjoy cooking.
Villa Eva has a magnificent garden surrounding the house that delights children, a reserved reading area, and outdoor furniture and sun loungers to provide greater comfort to those who choose Villa Eva for their family holidays with friends.
Located in the residential area of São Rafael, where, just a 10-minute walk away, you can reach the famous São Rafael Beach and Arrifes Beach, which delight children with the natural pools that form according to the tide.
Beyond the supermarket and a few restaurants. If you are a lover of the sea, try one of the beach restaurants that can be found on several nearby beaches.
Other beaches such as Coelha, Galé, Salgados, renowned golf courses or even the quality supermarket "O Apolónia" are just a 3/5 minute drive away.
Albufeira Marina and the bustling old town are also 10 minutes away, where you can find a wide variety of restaurants, bars, shops and services.
Algarve Shopping, the famous Piri-Piri Chicken from Guia, fresh fish market, pharmacy, bank, restaurants, shops and various services are 10 minutes away.

We stayed at this villa as a group of seven and really enjoyed our time there. The house is spacious, comfortable, and very well equipped, with a beautiful outdoor setup perfect for relaxing together.
The area is very quiet, ideal if you’re looking for peace and privacy — but don’t expect much within walking distance at night, and the local market options are quite limited.
One thing to note: the garage room isn’t air-conditioned, and as mentioned in the listing, the windows can’t be opened. One of us tried sleeping there for a night but ended up finishing it on the couch — just something to keep in mind when planning sleeping arrangements.

We rented this home and it was exactly as described. We had a couple of very small questions/needs and the response time was very good. The home is well stocked and spacious and in a very nice neighborhood - just a lovely stay.

The house was very nice and looks like the picture and where in a great condition. It is close to a very beautiful beach.
If something should be approved: It was very dark when we arrived because the street lights was broken and no light where lit around the house.

The property wasn’t 100% ready for arrival, the outside lights weren’t switched on at the mains, nor was the pool light, the boiler in the garage wasn’t switched on so no hot water in kitchen or downstairs WC, we had to always shut the security shutters as one of the patio doors latch was broken so it would shut but not lock and no garden furniture cushions available so was rather uncomfortable.
The overall holiday and area and size of the villa was ideal and rather convenient. The Uber service was fantastic in the area and will defo be coming back soon.
