About this house rental
This property is perfect for those looking for a large property for a get together with family or friends on the beautiful Jurassic Coast.
The house benefits from private parking for 4/5 cars on driveway.
On the first floor there are 5 large bedrooms, 3 with en-suite shower rooms, plus a master bathroom with a freestanding bath with TV and walk in shower. The sixth bedroom is located on the ground floor.
Entering through the front door you are in a spacious hallway with a cupboard to your right where you can hang your coats and take off your shoes to make yourselves at home.
Walking through the doorway into the open plan dining/living/kitchen area which includes a 72” Smart TV along with a fully equipped kitchen including full height integrated fridge, freezer, built in coffee machine, microwave, oven and grill, 2 x dishwashers, 2 x wine fridges, as well as a boiling water tap and InSinkErator.
Off of the main living area is a utility room with washing machine, tumble drier and ironing facilities.
Out through the expansive glass sliding doors to a large raised decking area with both relaxed seating and dining seating, before a spacious astro turfed garden with an inset trampoline.
Down to the bottom of the garden you will find a pool house which incorporates a private heated pool, sauna, steam room, gym, shower and WC.
The house is located a mere 1.3 miles from the nearest beach.

This is a beautiful house, well equipped and was really suitable for our holiday with three generations of family. The pool was a big hit with the children in particular and the adults enjoyed the hot tub, sauna and steam room.
The beach at Weymouth together with all of the attractions are within easy reach.
This was a very enjoyable week.

We had great break away with our family of 8 adult and 3 children to celebrate my husbands 70th birthday. The range of facilities and equipment at the property were ideal and everyone thoroughly enjoy themselves.
