This beautiful holiday home is located in a prestige neighbourhood nestled between the township of Normanville and one of SAs premier golf courses and a short walk from the beach.
A contemporary single storey holiday home to accommodate up to 8 guests (6 Adults MAX) in three bedrooms and two full bathrooms.
In the heart of the home you will find a lovely open plan living and entertaining area with floor to ceiling sliding doors opening out to back yard making a seamless transition to alfresco living.
The kitchen and dining area is perfectly positioned offering a direct visual of the back yard and comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, stylish crockery, glassware, cutlery and ample bench room. Lounge area complete with a large flat screen tv compatible to watch Netflix, Stan, Disney, Kayo and Prime offering a nice outlook over the beautifully manicured garden.
Normanville has a striking stretch of coastline where the rounded hills of the Fleurieu Peninsula plunge down to the sea. The township is nestled between the hills and the pristine dunes. The beach is strikingly clean with clear water and fine white sand and is a very popular beach for families because of this.

The house was clean and tidy. I do feel even though the beds were made (as in doonas were on the beds) when you peeled back the doonas it certainly looked like other guests had just slept on top of the mattress protector (rather than using sheets). The other concern we had with the condition was the BBQ - it was not usable. I have supplied some photos what show the state of the grill itself. It has considerable amount of rust that either needs to be removed or plates replaced. We had bought meat for a BBQ dinner and unfortunately had to be cooked inside due to the state of the BBQ. The rest of the house was as expected for what we paid.
