The location was great, a nice quiet spot, and the pool was just right.
Staff from the housekeeping company very promptly attended to change a dirty quilt cover in the kids room.
Lovely games area in the garage, lots of fun.
Beautiful views of the golf course and roos.
Generally very clean and well-equipped home.
The photo of the third kid's shared room doesn't match the actual set-up. What is shown as a double bottom bunk is only a single. When we rented linen, we did this based on the photos and had double sheets that we had to fit onto a single bed. We also booked the home based on our kids being able to both sleep in a double-sized bed.
No side table or lamp in the kids' room, we moved one from another room.
The upstairs bed was old and rickety, and the mattress was thin and uncomfortable, you could feel the springs, however, everyone else was comfy.
Lampshades in the upstairs room were broken and split, the sofa leather was cracking and looked dated. A bit more care and attention to the little things would have made this a great stay.
The property did not meet expectations based on the listing photos.

A great location as we were there to play golf.
The games area needs a wall instead of a tilt a door. The noise from the area travels straight outside
