A luxury furnished stone house in the quiet of a wonderful Cretan grove is offered for a vacation at the picturesque Spilia village at Kolymbari, near Chania.
The construction began and ended in 2011 with great care, a lot of personal work, great respect for the for the environment, but also the need of the modern city man for rest and relaxation.
The house is very bright, decorated with the taste and aroma of the countryside. The interior is shaped and decorated with great attention to detail and aesthetics of the area with an emphasis on stone and wood.
The ground floor consists of a single room with a modern kitchen, living room and bathroom. An extension of the living room stands a large stone terrace with a wonderful unique view of the village green and the bay of Kolimbari The terrace is fully equipped with beautiful wooden furniture in monastic style.
Going up the stone staircase we find three bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and a master bathroom. The balconies of the first floor have panoramic views of the area that reaches the sea.
Also, there is a studio apartment that has a private outdoor entrance and contains a double bed, a little kitchen, and a private bathroom.
