This 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom oceanfront residence offers approximately 1,776 square feet of space and comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. With the Caribbean right outside, the setting makes it easy to slow down from the moment you arrive. Open the balcony doors, let the breeze in, and enjoy the kind of ocean view that makes you want to stay just a little longer.
The primary bedroom features a comfortable King bed, while the second bedroom has 2 Twin beds, with additional sleeping space available for up to 6 guests. It’s a great setup for families, two couples, or friends traveling together who want to enjoy the trip without giving up their own space.
The living area is bright, comfortable, and connected to the kitchen and dining space, creating an easy place to spend time together. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and everything you need to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a relaxed dinner at home.
The residence also includes air conditioning, ceiling fans, high-speed WiFi, washer and dryer, Smart TV, parking, and family-friendly amenities.
And then there’s the private balcony.

We have spent a week at Casa Shell , Playa de Carmen. The apartment is beautiful and the view of the ocean is just incredible. The resort is very safe and well maintained, with a huge pool and a very nice bar/ restaurant. Monica, the host has been super responsive to any of our requests.
Great place for a family vacation.

El apartamento excelente el servicio inexistenteA pesar de haber pagado el precio de un 5 estrellas nos encontramos alojados pared de por medio con una obra en construcción con ruidos molestos a toda hora sin tener ningún tipo de respuesta de parte del personal de contacto quién o nos mentía o ignoraba nuestros mensajes El elevador tampoco funcionaba con lo cual hicimos ejercicio subiendo y bajando las escaleras No recomiendo
