This custom cottage includes a hot tub with a breathtaking view of the Muskoka river! This deep river has a natural sandy shoreline which is perfect for swimming kayaking, canoe, and fishing.

Lower level offers 4 additional remodeled bedrooms, newly remodeled 3 pc bath with laundry, new floor & new sitting area with walkout to brand new Hot Tub & front yard and river, excellent for all water activities, which are included(kayak, canoe, paddleboard, swimming devices, life jackets ). We also have a Pool Table & a foosball table also inside our games bedroom.
This cottage is also A winter paradise! Some of the winter activities include Winter paradise Hiking Trails and Crosscountry Skiing trails only minutes away.

Overall we had a great stay. The house was large for our party of 9 and generally well equipped.
To note, hand towels for the bathrooms were not included. There were some minor repairs that needed to be done and the dock had a very steep part that needed a railing. The canoe had one broken paddle.
Overall our family had a good time and thought the location on the river was excellent for toddlers.
We would go back again.

The property was nice with lots of space, the house was large and well suited to a large group, it was nice and clean as well.

We rent a cottage every year with friends and family members. This is a nice property, on the river, with no interference from neighbours and within 2 hours from Toronto. We were a group of 16 people and some had to sleep on the pull down sofa which were very run down. We paid $8K for 5 nights which was a lot considering the quality of the property. Also this property should be advertised to accommodate only 12 people.
The mattress are really good and everyone appreciated them as being comfortable.
Some of the old chairs put around the fire pit broke and twice people fell while sitting on them. They need to be thrown out as new chairs were available.
The Manager was very quick to look into issues that were brought to his attention and got them rectified.
Overall it was nice to get out with friends and family members as we had good time together doing different activities in and around and on the water as the property has a canoe and a new pedal boat.
