Excellent. Host very friendly and chatty.Pet-friendly. Easy access to the highway and town. Definitely we would like to go there again.

For my third trip to Bracebridge, I wanted a change from staying at overpriced mediocre hotels and instead tried VRBO for the first time and I loved it! James and his dog, Mabel, were the quintessential hosts. Mabel and I became fast friends and her coming down to hang out with me was a definite highlight…she’s a special girl! James was great to deal with; he was very friendly, helpful, and I really appreciate all he put into ensuring my stay went well.The apartment itself is a beautiful, private walkout, surrounded by woods, with all the comforts of home. The kitchen is stocked with all the items necessary to cook up whatever you want, a super cosy living area, and a comfortable bed. Hotel bathrooms are, for me, the worst, but this bathroom was functional and perfectly spacious, a good sized shower with fantastic glass doors (a relief from gross shower curtains) with both a handheld and rain shower heads-ample towels were also supplied.It is located at the end of Cedar Lane, so some kind of transportation should be a serious consideration…the walk into town is a long one, along a not too pedestrian-friendly route. BUT it is only a 7 minute walk to Little High Falls, and it’s worth checking out.Staying here contributed to this Bracebridge visit being my favourite so far, I will definitely look to book here again for my next trip

We will be back again in August next year. James was a great host. The accommodation was exactly as described. The kitchen was set up perfectly.

Our host went out of his way - frequently - to help make our experience as great as it possibly could be. We very much hope to stay with him again. The resident was nicer than the pictures Indicated.
