About this house rental
Situated only footsteps from Belongil Beach, the Belongil Eco House has been built utilising the Feng Shui elements of Fire, Wood, Earth, Metal, and Water. The luxury home spans three levels and has breathtaking ocean views.
From the moment you enter you will feel a sense of serenity. The property boasts bespoke fittings and furnishings throughout, with a variety of areas for entertaining and relaxing.
Awaken each morning to the sounds of the crashing waves of stunning Belongil beach and the call of the native birds.
The top floor hosts the master bedroom which has uninterrupted ocean views, and a spacious master suite with a free-standing soaking tub for a private spa-like experience.
The main level has another two bedrooms each with their own bathroom. The kitchen and living areas are also on this level and expand out to the private alfresco dining with an in-built fire pit overlooking the ocean. There is exclusive beach access to take a dip and then enjoy the ocean view from the sun lounges
The bottom level has a TV room including a queen sofa bed, full bathroom and also where you can enjoy the use of the infrared sauna.
After a full day of exploring, enjoy a cocktail at dusk while taking in beautiful views of Julian Rocks and the Cape Byron Lighthouse or in Winter, enjoy the lounge room wood combustion heater.
The property also features a separate self-contained 3-bedroom cottage which sleeps 6, available for rental alongside the main house, for extra guests or extended family.
