About this house rental
Solaria Villas II and III are available to be rented as one combined unit, at a discounted price, for groups of up to 16. Planning a celebration? We can put you in touch with top notch event planners and catering services. There are 3 villas in the complex but only II and III are available for rental. Solaria I is used by the owner for their personal use.
Comprised of 3 architecturally stunning, 5000 square foot villas, Solaria Villas are located 3.2 miles north of the town bridge and are only .5 miles from Secret Beach road. Each villa features 3 stories with a tropical atrium and sweeping custom crafted spiral wooden staircase. Spacious gourmet kitchens with perfectly planned spaces for entertaining while preparing meals. Large living and dining areas that flow together and extend out onto verandas that overlook the Caribbean Sea. Expansive master suites with king size beds, sophisticated armchairs offer the ultimate in comfort.
Each villa is unique in its layout, Casa Bomba has a kitchen/dining/living room on the ground floor, 2 guest bedrooms on the split level, a master on the second floor and another master bedroom on the upper split level. Solaria III has a living room on the ground floor, 2 guest bedrooms on the lower split, 2 guest bedrooms on the lower split, a kitchen/dining/living room on the second level and another master bedroom on the upper split level. Each villa has a dedicated fiber-optic connection for reliable videoconferencing and VOIP.
The property features a central swimming pool, a lounging pool, a white sand beach with wading area, a dock to swim from and a lush tropical landscape of mature foliage. There is plenty of parking, a caretaker is onsite to take care of your needs and the property has a generator to ensure power continuity if by chance the power goes out.
Ready to get out and explore? Solaria has its 6 kayaks for your use, the reef is a short paddle away and a mooring buoy is located at the reef in front of the villas. In the tropics, rainy days are just another excuse to get outside and have fun but, if you must, each unit has multiple flat screen TV’s.

We are a full service management company and can arrange everything for your vacation including booking flights from the International airport (BZE), arranging for golf cart rentals at preferred rates, booking all of your activities and arranging transportation to the villa upon arrival and departure. As soon as you book, we will provide you with our constantly updated Mobile Guest Guide. Our Mobile Guest Guide is loaded with information, including listings for numerous restaurants, bars, and activities. Our Mobile Guest Guide is integrated with GMaps making it easy to find your way around town. Each listing is linked to TripAdvisor; we’ve even linked the menus to many of the restaurants. The Guide is also searchable, so you can easily find the nearest Seafood or even Vegetarian options. We offer full concierge services and can arrange everything for you so that all you need to think about is having fun. The property was beautiful and the access to the sea kayaks was one of the highlights of our trip! Incredible access to the reef right outside your door.

We arrived early December of mix of sun and rain. We had a beautiful family vacation here. The pool was extremely enjoyable witch held a family of 10 for us. Hammocks, beach furniture and kayaks were great for the family to enjoy. The grounds were kept in great shape as the grounds keeper raked the leaves and sea grass every morning with a smile and a great positive attitude. The manager of the property was helpful in many ways and where he went out of his way to satisfy us. So a big thanks to Daniel. If anything our suggestions to improve the stay to be more enjoyable would be some updates on the patio furniture. Overall we had the best time enjoying the views, tranquility and time we had at Solaria II and III. We would recommend anyone heading to San Pedro to think of staying at this beautiful getaway.

This was the best place I ever went to for vacation. Sunrise Management and the caretakers were helpful and present when we had issues, questions, and needed help. The villas provided all the amenities, utensils, and space we needed for our group of 14. The location provided a respectable distance between San Pedro town and Secret Beach. The only drawbacks I would say was the bumpy/muddy road outside of the villas and the water in the bathrooms as far as the sinks & the shower lacked pressure. Asisde from these two minor issues I would go back and would recommend the Solaria Villas II & Casa Bamba because the staff are so accommodating along with having a place with a great view, beach access, amenities galore, and space.

We enjoyed our stay at Solaria II and III from December 21, 2024 to January 4, 2025. This is our third family trip over the holidays, the previous 2 were to Costa Rica to celebrate our 50th and 55th anniversaries. This year it was our 60th wedding anniversary and there were 14 of us on the trip. We enjoyed Belize, but there were several issues with this property.The property has three large homes around a central pool and a nice beach in front. We were told that the third home was not rented and the owners were seldom there. Being a holiday period the owners were there with several family members during our entire stay. While this was not a major issue, it did cause some awkwardness around the use of the pool. Because of the Vrbo promotions we fully expected that we would have the entire property to ourselves.A major issue was that the sewer line from unit III broke, and we did not have use of the toilets for 24 hours. Fortunately, we also had unit II so were able to use those facilities. However, that is very awkward, especially in the middle of the night.Early in our trip our daughter-in-law was stung by a scorpion in her bed. This required a trip to the hospital for medication and an IV. No offer was made to cover those costs. It made us all very cautious walking around the houses, and checking in our beds every night. Unit II was also without water on two occasions, once overnight until the maintenance man Daniel fixed the problem.Tired houses
