We do not provide beach equipment, but anything available at the property is yours to use.
Check-in time: 4 pm. Check-out time: 10 am.
The Folly Beach noise ordinance is from 10 pm to 8 am.
No pets allowed. Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA and are not allowed in properties unless specifically designated in writing as “pets considered” and approved by our office.
No smoking is allowed in or outside of the house.
House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, DJs, etc., are prohibited.
The occupancy can be at most 8 people at any time during your stay.
We require 50% payment at the time of booking. The remaining 50% of your balance will be due 30 days before the check-in date, and we will run the card on file. Bookings within 30 days of your arrival date require full payment at the time of booking.

Hello. Overall, our stay was excellent. There are just two pieces of feedback we wanted to share. 1. The refrigerator water filter needs likely needs replacing. The ice in the freezer and the fridge side had a bad fishy smell. We could not use the ice and we were afraid the food we stored might also adopt that smell. 2. We were a bit surprised there was no traditional shower on the top level - just a tub with a handheld fixture. Maybe we missed it in the listing. It may not have prevented us from staying here but it would have been good to know. 6 guys sharing one shower on the main level wasn’t ideal so some us opted for the outside shower.Thank you!

Lots of good outdoor furniture, beach was nice, deck boards and pool area boards need work...got a big sliver from the pool area...need to pound down nails and fix splintery boards. Clean property...our "old" grandkids enjoyed the outdoor shower.

This place was perfect for our vacation!! We loved spending time in the sun on the large back deck!! And when we wanted to spend time on the beach it was just a few steps away!! Came back sandy and it was perfect to use the out door shower which had hot water !! The house seemed clean and well stocked. Dishwasher gave out while we were there and repair man came very quick to check on it…many memories made!! We hope to be able tocome back and stay!!

The place was alright! Picture made it look a lot better than it was. House is very outdated and old. No shower upstairs, only one shower in the whole house. Pool is an above ground pool and isn’t great. Better wear shoes on the deck or you’ll get splinters throughout all your feet. Great location next to the beach, however, very far from the town.
