- Events that exceed the maximum number of guests or require supervision are not allowed.

- Bringing a pet? Please check with us on size and number limits for pets. Indulge in a heated pool! Contact us to upgrade to a heated pool. Please note, pool heat will only raise the water temperature 10 degrees above the outside temperatures
*The elevator is residential grade and may occasionally experience disruptions. Our staff will do all we can to repair any issues and get the elevator functional again. However, if an elevator repair tech/Company is needed repair times can extend several days due to our remote location. The house was well designed and constructed. Also well furnished including kitchen utensils and table wear. My only gripe was with the equipment provider who I know was not Cape and Coast although their logos were attached to it. We spent over 800 but when I called to ask if they could exchange a small for a large bike, they made a big deal about it. I had misjudged the size for a granddaughter. I had to redo the order although it was delivered and given a 48 hr notice which made no sense. After some back and forth I gave up in disgust. During this time I saw their trailer delivering nearby. So easy to swap a bike!

Beautiful views, great location and overall great time had by all. Minor notables - bunk mattresses not conducive for adults. Showers had no caddies, so we supplied some. Also, maybe go a bit better QC following cleaning service. Thank you!

3 generations celebrating nana’s 60th
More than enough room with large common area with great views and access to beach or stay at property at pool and hot tub. Great property mgt team and communications making for an excellent stay. We are precious plantation property owners and renters for 4 decades. This property is excellent. 3 homes side by side in close proximity but this did not create issues for us.

Several issues with the property will probably keep me from going back. Hot tub advertised , on back order not there. Semi-private walk to beach last step was so high from the ground that the young kids had to crawl down and the older ones couldn’t go to the beach from the walk way by our house. They did fix it when I called and complained. They do not make the top bunk beds.
