Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Amazing view. The kitchen is beautifully renovated and the unit has tasteful furniture. We very much appreciated the blackout drapes in the bedroom and extra over the door hangers for towels.

This home was okay. They were thoughtful in the sense of providing things to use on the beach. We ended up leaving our chairs since we couldn’t take them with us. I have 4 stars due to the cleaning being not clean in all honestly. There was excessive either dust or mold. I couldn’t really tell which of the 2 it was but it was ALL OVER the ceiling :( stressful seeing it with kids and hoping it wasn’t mold.
The beds were okay comfortable. It was nice that the tv’s were newer and the owners added a lot of pamphlets and recommendations which we greatly appreciated. Overall.. it was a decent little condo for the price and location. We LOVE this resort. A ton of things to do and so very family oriented.

Extremely clean, nice furniture and appliances. Great view. Fast elevators. Great instructions given on how to access parking and condo. We will definitely be back!!
