Beachside oasis with private pool, 300 steps to beach, plenty of boat parking!!

Welcome to “Sail Away,” where all worlds collide in this beachside, private nature retreat. Whether you're on the beach, sitting poolside, or roasting marshmallows in the firepit, get ready for an amazing experience. Just 300 steps to the sugary white sand beaches, this newly renovated 2 bed, 2 bath beach cottage has sleeping arrangements for 5 people. Both bedrooms are on the main floor along with the kitchen/ family room combo and a high-definition Roku TV. There are 2 bathrooms (1 with a double vanity). There is also a full-sized washer and dryer for your convenience. There is a nice sized pantry for your groceries and other supplies. Each room has a high-definition Roku TV coupled with high-speed wifi for all your devices. The private second floor has a large, comfortable family room for late-night movies on the large 82” Roku enabled TV with large tower speakers for enhanced surround sound. There is also a queen-size sleeper sofa with posturepedic mattress on this floor. Walk out to a second-floor deck and enjoy gulf views and stunning sunsets over the ocean from the comfort of a pair of dolphin themed, hand carved Adirondack chairs.

The backyard oasis has a private pool, outdoor sofa and chair set, sun loungers, and a dining table. There is also a gas grill (that comes with a flat top so you can also prepare bacon, eggs, and pan cakes poolside for breakfast!!). Come sunset, the spacious and private fire pit area under the palms is perfect for roasting hotdogs and marshmallows. There is plenty of room for boats, RVs, and other vehicles in the oversized, double driveway.

Due to the pool being directly open to the door of the home without barriers, this is an 18 and over ALL ADULT property. Due to relatives that also visit, we cannot entertain any pets due to severe allergies. This is also a strictly NON-SMOKING property. Note that only registered guests are allowed on the property.

There are 2 separate homes on this property that share a courtyard, one home of which is owner-occupied. The guests have their own private home, and private, exclusive use of the pool, firepit, gas grill, and the grounds backing up to 85 acres of untouched nature. Your privacy will be respected and there will be no contact with owners unless you need us for any reason.

Beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and beach wagon are here for your use. Quality linens, all essential kitchen supplies, and practically everything you need for your beach vacation is waiting for you….
