Located on the 18th floor of the Golden Sands building, this condo is a sure bet for your coastal getaway. Floor-to-ceiling windows highlight both the open living area and the main suite, showcasing incredible ocean views. When you stay at this lovely beachfront community, enjoy amazing amenities such as a pool, tennis, sauna, and game room!
The immaculate kitchen is equipped with all you need to create your favorite recipes, including stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. For added entertainment after fun-filled days, you can watch your favorite movies and shows on the living area's smart TV. When it's time to call it a night, the bedrooms have their own smart TVs. A sofa bed in the living room provides an extra sleeping space.
This beachfront condo is ideally located within walking distance of various dining and shopping options; you can also take the bus for hassle-free travel to your favorite destinations. The historic Ocean City Boardwalk, with its carnival atmosphere, great food, and superb nightlife, is located five miles south. You can also plan a fun family day at Jolly Roger Amusement Park and Splash Mountain Waterpark, only four miles south.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Breathtaking view, lovely spacious condo nicely decorated and comfortable. Loved the effort-free check-in. I only gave "cleanliness" a 3 due to dirty kitchen counters, refrigerator, and areas in the bathroom. Only coffee pot was a single- serve, slow Keurig. I would book again, as these were not deal-breakers. Thank you for an overall great stay!

The condo was beautiful, up to date, had EVERYTHING you would need.

Night I arrived the door lock did not function properly and I was unable to lock the door. I had to stay with the room until a service person arrived and gave me a key to use stating that the issue was likely bad batteries. The lock was not fixed during my stay. As a result of this I was not able to go out with my group to already planned festivities so my 1st night there was a bust. The bifold door to the laundry fell on me when I went to open it, it was just leaning on the tracks. The unit was very nice and would have been wonderful if not for these things which frankly could have been avoided
