Perfect place for a girls' trip to St. Augustine for Nights of Lights. Host was proactive and responsive with communication and the house was spotless and kitchen fully equipped. The house was even decorated for Christmas. It was the perfect home base for the 7 of us! Highly recommend.

The good: great location, a 5-minute walk to Old City, plenty of beds and baths, clean, good kitchen (cranky stove). Areas that need improvement: The beds, mattresses, and pillows are just OK; they were comfortable enough but nothing in the house is luxurious. There is little to no bureau storage. Two bathrooms aren't too bad, but the ensuite bathrooms are cramped, and there is very little counter space to put your toiletries. There are no screens on the windows, so there is no fresh air.We're a family of 8. The house sleeps 14, the dining table seats 6, and the living room only seats 5 people. It wasn't conducive to fun family conversation.
