HOUSE RULES PELICAN BEACH
• Minimum age to book is 25. Primary guest must remain on property for the full stay. (Front desk will check ID)
• This is a pet-free property. No guest pets permitted, including emotional support animals.
• Check-in begins at 4:00 pm CST | Check-out is by 10:00 am CST
• Easy self check-in via personalized door code. Guests will check in with the front desk to receive up to 2 parking passes and up to 6 total wristbands. Bring your license plate number. All guests must be present to receive amenity wristbands.
• Smoking, vaping, drugs, and firearms are not permitted inside the property or on the balcony or outdoor areas.
• Maximum occupancy includes all guests of all ages. Exceeding occupancy may result in immediate eviction without refund.
• Before departure, please remove trash and food and start the dishwasher.

We loved our stay at Pelican Beach. My kids loved the pool options. We loved how this unit was on the second floor so we just used the stairs every day. The beach was incredible. The condo had everything we needed! It was the perfect stay!

First of all, this is a busy place. Check in is nuts b/c everyone is checking in at the same time. But with this unit, you're on the second floor making the stairs the best option. The condo was clean, had starter supplies, and large enough for my family of 5 for the week. All employees were courteous. The tiki bar was a hit for everyone! Having 2 pools made it much easier to keep on eye on the kids. We would absolutely stay here again.

This was my first trip to Destin and we were in the middle of it ALL. The beach and the convenience of a cafe and bar on the property by it made it stand out when I was looking. There was nothing wrong with this property but I would prefer a less crowded area of Destin. I'll also be sure to check the travel ball team
schedules for a time that is less busy. Again, nothing wrong with the property, host was responsive to my (many) questions, second floor location made the stairs easy when the elevators were working overtime. Starbucks, ChicfilA, Alvin's beach store all located just outside the gate in easy walking distance.
