A fourth bedroom has a trundle bed that comfortably sleeps two, and the game room provides even more flexibility with a futon for additional sleeping space.
A full bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway, and a half bath just off the kitchen adds to the home`s easy livability. This home is spectacular! Located in a neighborhood with great and friendly neighbors, near many amenities and about 20 min from the beach, this immaculate home offers the space and comforts of home without breaking the bank. I enjoyed the upgrades (fire pit) and the beds and rooms were always pleasant. The water pressure in the house is amazing! Every comfort of home was met and exceeded. As a repeat visitor to this home, my family and I are always excited to return and it ALWAYS FEELS LIKE COMING HOME!!!
