About this house rental
Welcome to Casa Caliza, an inviting home designed for relaxation, connection, and fun. With an open layout, this space is perfect for spending quality time with friends and family. Relax on the large sectional sofa to watch your favorite shows on Netflix or access basic cable channels via Sling. Bring your music to life by connecting your phone to the Bluetooth speakers, or enjoy a curated selection of classic vinyl records on the record player for a touch of nostalgia.
The primary bedroom is a serene retreat, featuring a king bed and a queen sleeper sofa, which is perfect for accommodating additional guests. Its ensuite bathroom includes a large step-in shower and his-and-her sinks. The second bedroom is ideal for kids or extra guests, featuring a queen Nectar mattress and a twin bed, along with large closets in both bedrooms for ample storage space.
The fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep a breeze, featuring a Keurig, a drip coffee maker, and a French press. We provide a starter selection of Keurig pods and creamer to kickstart your first morning. The dining table seats six, with three additional barstools at the kitchen island, perfect for casual meals or lively conversation over breakfast.
Step outside to enjoy the classic Texas charm. The house’s exterior features walls of local limestone, a cedar-covered front porch, and a back patio ideal for outdoor dining hot off the BBQ. Unwind in the hot tub while taking in stunning hill country views, or relax in the shade of one of the hundreds of oak trees. For night owls, the clearings around the property provide an excellent spot for stargazing in Texas with the provided telescope.
While you have exclusive access to the entire house and its immediate outdoor area, the property is also home to multi-generational family members residing in nearby residences. They respect your privacy, and we ask that guests do the same.
Luna, our friendly German Shepherd, loves to greet guests. A toss of her toy or a gentle pat will make her your instant tour guide around the property.

Some areas of the property are rocky or uneven. We recommend closed-toed shoes, especially during the warmer months.
Small gatherings are allowed with prior approval; additional fees may apply. Unauthorized parties will be subject to immediate eviction.
We do not allow other dogs, as Luna takes her territorial duties seriously. Service dogs are always welcome with advance notice.
Smoking is not allowed inside the home.

The house is large, open and well kept. Family live on site in different dwellings. Couple of things I didmt like was too much outside light made it hard

The home was really wonderful and had everything we needed to enjoy our time at home just like being at my own house. After exploring Austin and the outside cities we definitely came to the conclusion that the Georgetown area was by far the best place to stay. Would definitely recommend this place to friends and family!

This was the best stocked rental I have ever stayed at! Catherine thought of everything from a fully stocked kitchen, coffee and tea selection, toiletries and more! Everything was very clean and comfortable. As someone who knows nothing about hot tubs, it was perfectly easy to enjoy it one night! It was on a gated property with beautiful trees and landscaping that made you feel like you were in the country, but getting everywhere we wanted in Georgetown was so easy! We would definitely stay here again.
