About this apartment rental
You won’t find a better view of the Emerald Coast. This second floor penthouse condo has floor to ceiling windows and balcony that offers an unparalleled view of the ocean. The huge open plan kitchen and living room opens onto a patio that is the full width of the penthouse. There is a full kitchen, and we have a beautiful courtyard with a pool just for the 5 condos. The upper level porch gives you great views of the ocean, but privacy when you want it. Only a short walk or drive to the center of Chelem, where you'll find many quaint and delicious restaurants.

My husband and I stayed for 4 nights in October 2024! It was the end of the rainy season and we enjoyed some sun and some stormy weather on the ocean! This was very private, comfortable, well equipped. the bed was comfy and the outdoor shower was amazing! The outdoor space is expansive and the views are spectacular!

Beautiful Property. LITERALLY Right on the Beach. Very Clean with great amenities. The Pool was an added bonus. Can't wait to go back!
