Es una hermosa casa, súper cómoda a unos metros de una playa hermosa

La zona de la alberca y las habitaciones, estan super genial, me agrado muchisimo los acabados de las habitaciones, la zona de descanso en la alberca, me hizo desconectarme totalmente.

Muy bonita la casa, cómoda, la piscina todo muy bien.

Que nos tuvimos que salir muy rápido a las once de la mañana y la señora que llegó de la limpieza nos corrió de mala gana y me dijo que me hiban a cobrar una toalla azul que no aparecía y ya la había metido a la lavadora, muy mal esa señora, no servía una ventana no tenía seguro y nosotros y las cosas estaban expuestas.

I really wanted to like the property as it looked so beautiful from the pictures, but it fell short of our expectations. In terms of what we liked; the furnishings in the apartment were beautiful & the aircon + wifi worked well. The rooms were spacious & everything was clean. The lighting was lovely & the beds were comfortable.

The customer service overall was really lacking. I had to contact the owner 1 hour before check in as we’d received no info on how to get into the apartment, & even then they only provided a door code not full instructions so we had to call them when we arrived. There was no instructions for the wifi / disposal of rubbish. There was also only 3 bin bags + 2 toilet rolls for a week; when I asked for more they said someone would bring more but that never happened so we had to buy more ourselves. There was no hand towel in kitchen & only in one of the bathrooms. The bathroom in the main bedroom smelled like drains & the freezer smelled like fish. The hammock in the main bedroom also smelled like damp / sweat. The pool fountain was not working when we arrived (& was overgrown with plants) & was only fixed the next day when a plumber was organised by the owner (2 hours late), as well the pressure in the sinks. The pool was also not filled properly & was very dirty, which may explain the heaps of mosquitos outside. All in all we were disappointed with our stay.
