Enjoy a dip in the shared pool and oversized hot tub conveniently heated during the winter for your enjoyment all year. Shared laundry facilities are also available.
The interior features coastal decor, an open layout, built-in bunk beds with TVs for the kids, and a cozy bedroom with a TV to relax in each evening. Cook meals like you never left home in the well-equipped kitchen with everything from stainless steel appliances to a coffee maker and a toaster oven for your convenience!
There is a coin-dispensed laundry room for all guests and owners at the condo development. Please do not leave clothes unattended.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Property was great with 1 pool, 2 hot tubs and a kiddie pool. Amazing beach access right from property. The pull-out couch is worn/broken and is not comfortable to sleep on. Smaller than expected for a family of five but made it a fun experience being a little crammed. We had a blast on this vacation and would totaly come back to this ocean front property again. totalback to this

We have stayed in many units at Seascape. This particular unit has the absolute worst view of the water. We loved the large balcony but was disappointed that it faced the parking lot and the rental office. The sofa was AWFUL! The fridge leaks water. we ha to keep a hand towel in the fridge to soak up the water or all our food would get wet. There waas a light bulb out in the bathroom and the tub is concave which makes it awkward to stand to take a shower. The kitchen backsplash is cheap peal and stick squares and is coming off to the point they tried to use scotch tape to attach it back. The stove, toaster oven and microwave are nice and work well. The AC worked well and we appreciated the black out curtains in the living room area. I would reccommend adding black out curtains to the bedroom as well, We LOVED the design of the bunk bed area with plenty of head room for an adult to sleep on the bottom bunk if needed. The TV's in the bunks are awesome but the top bunk television, we could not get to work. Some shelving would be great to add so that guests have a place to store grocery items etc. The patio furniture was lack luster for such a large patio. The plush seat (indoor chair) that is stored outdoors is just odd.
