We had a relaxing time. Not having to deal with traffic to get to the beach was wonderful. The hot tub and pool were great. We will come back again.

GREAT !! location was awesome....right on the beach - Not across the road ! Amenities were great - stairs and elevator. Pool area was nice size and well maintained and clean. Swings, picnic tables, grills. Every gate has a key pad and very easy to use. Dumpsters on property but nicely out of sight. The property is older....it could use a little refresh...but they just had a hurricane last year...
Our condo was Small...I can't imagine sharing the space with 5 other people !! But for 2, it was Perfect !!! Well stocked with everything thing you need in the kitchen. Only a few minutes walk to the beach. Great view of the waves from our balcony.
It's a smaller property, which is nice.. not so far to walk to any part of it.
Restaurant close by, and lots of restaurants down the road.
This property is very close to the end of the seawall.
We will Definitely stay here again !!!

Owner sent a text when we checked in and was immediately available if we needed anything while we were there.

Condos are the best kept and location by far. Pool and hot tubs are maintained very well and was impressed by cleanliness. Views are beautiful. This is why I am giving 3 stars, otherwise it would be less. Unit was just ok, main bedroom bed frame and mattress are barely hanging on. I am 5'8" and had to bend over to wash my hair the shower head was so low, and that was if you could wiggle the faucet to the right spot to get the right temp because it was installed sideways or its been so poorly handled for so long it that twisted. Deck box had beach items all were dirty, chair rusted and bent, buckets broken. No laundry so we hung towels up to dry on balcony but got scolded by on site management, even though another guest let in 15+ people into Pool area making facilities unusable. Security made them leave but they just snuck back in swimming fully clothed, maxing occupancy limits and teenagers being obnoxious and making it hard for younger kids to play. But, on site was more worried about towels hanging out to dry. Might consider going back just different Unit, permenant residents we met were super friendly and nice.
