Come home each afternoon to an expansive balcony overlooking the pool, hot tub, Topsail Preserve State Park plus incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico. Large living room has big screen TV. 2 bedrooms - 2 full baths including new walk-in tile shower. Whip up something delicious using the fully equipped kitchen that includes a full size refrigerator with an ice-maker, coffee pot, microwave, stove/oven, toaster and dishes. There's seating for six at the dining table and an eat-in nook for two at the kitchen bar. Washer and dryer included in the unit.
Here at the Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort, you'll be just a few steps from indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a hot tub, a workout facility, a sauna and steam room, a mini-golf course, clay tennis courts, racquetball, shuffleboard, and basketball. When you're not collecting seashells on the beach, you can dine at two on-site restaurants, take a quick drive or bike ride to Grand Boulevard (one mile north) and Baytowne Wharf (two miles north), or spend an afternoon hiking in the neighboring Topsail Hill Preserve State Park. A wealth of resort amenities and facilities available at your fingertips.

Important Notice – Ongoing Roofing Project
Please be advised that the Summit Homeowners Association is coordinating a roofing project on the property through May 2025, and construction may take place during your stay. We expect minimal disruption and all materials will be confined within a fenced-off area located on the northeast side of the parking lot.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 8.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
