Our charming North Port home is decorated with guests in mind! House features modern finishes but warm and inviting furnishings. Located only 5-10 minutes away from restaurants and shopping and between 20 and 45 minutes away from several gorgeous beaches: Boca Grande, Englewood, Manasota Key, Nakomis, Venice, Siesta Key. Also, 15 minutes away from Therapeutic Warm Mineral Spring.
Closest GYM Showcases body and strength is only 2 miles away, highly recommend.
Home showcases vaulted ceilings throughout the main area. There is 70" smart TV where you can stream your favorite shows.
As you walk through the front door, you will view the pocketed sliders that bring the Florida outdoors in. The view of the pool and backyard creates the ultimate Florida experience.
Spacious master bedroom with king bed, 55" Smart TV, walk-in closets, master suite, office area with desk, chair, and printer.
The second bedroom has a queen bed, 55" TV, closet and a dresser.

Great property for our visit. Our daughter and her family live nearby. We enjoyed the beaches and close to stores. Well maintained.

My husband and I reserved the house for a week and my brother and a friend joined us for a few days. The house is very well stocked with everything we needed, including pots, pans, dishes and even paper products, soaps and laundry detergent. The house is very clean. The beds comfortable and I just wish I had that much storage space in my kitchen. There were TVs in every room with a huge 70 or 75 inch TV in the living room. The best feature was the beautiful pool. It was hard to leave when we had other places to be. We have rented from VRBO many times and usually the photos make everything look larger. Not these. The photos were very accurate an actually the house and pool may have been bigger that it looked in the photos. Dara and Nick were very responsive, answering within minutes. When I had a question about the pool, Dara passed it on to Nick and he called me immediately and talked me through what to do. We hope we can stay here again. HIGHLY recommend!

We were a little nervous because this was our first time ever booking a home for our vacation instead of staying in a hotel. Any nervousness we had quickly dissipated after communicating with the homeowners. Dara and Nick were very communicative and super friendly. The house was very clean and lovely. We would definitely book again in the future. This was our almost 2-year-old son's first vacation and he absolutely loved it! The layout is perfect for small children one level with pocket doors made it super easy to keep an eye on him anywhere he went.
