This house was a big hit for us for many reasons. It was so clean and expansive and in one of my favorite parts of New Mexico.
We have dogs so we absolutely loved having not only a fenced in yard, but TWO fenced in yards and one with a doggie door. I wasn't sure how they would take to the synthetic grass but because it gets warm when the sun hits it, my lab spent most of the day lolling out there sunbathing.
The owner and manager are very responsive and got us some wood when the weather turned to snow so we could have a couple fires. Easy in and out and able to park our cars in the garage. We were up there to do some writing and we both had our corners to disappear to before we came together to make dinner in the very well stocked kitchen. I highly recommend this house. There were 2 bedrooms we didn't even use on the other side of the house so would be great for a bigger family. If you rent it, you won't regret it!

Property was as advertised - very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room to spread out. Kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed preparing meals in it. We happened to be there when it was quite cold so we didn't spend much time outside, but there were great sitting areas and yard for outdoor activities when warmer. Overwall, we would highly recommend!
