Purple Sage has been professionally decorated with upscale décor to appeal to guests desires for comfort and charm. All three bedrooms feature king size beds and the fully equipped kitchen/ with Keurig Coffee Maker. Family area offers a wonderful space for dining and relaxing over a glass of wine, or two. Both front and back porches are covered with ample seating areas and the backyard features a patio-style seating area, firepit, and charcoal grill.

We had the best time at this adorable house in Fredericksburg! It was perfect for a girls weekend getaway. It was cozy, clean, and full of charm. We especially appreciated all the sweet little touches throughout the home that made it feel extra welcoming. The location was great and the space had everything we needed for a relaxing and fun stay. Would absolutely book again!

The hall shower had a horrible sewage smell coming from the drain. We booked this property because of the layout with private bathrooms and king size bedrooms which was appealing for a couples trip. The management company came over and poured bleach down the drain which only masked the smell until we attempted to use the shower again. After booking, but months before our scheduled trip, we read a review from a guest who had the same complaint. There was more than enough time to have had a professional out to correct the issue, therefore, it’s disappointing to now know it wasn’t addressed.The photos are representative of the house and the beds were comfortable. The master bathroom was really nice. Location wise, it was close to shopping on Main Street and easy to get to the wineries as well. If it wasn’t for the horrific smell in the hall bath, it was an otherwise great stay. However, we would not book again.
