Pinehurst Condo - Renovated 2022. 1BR/1BA condo centrally located in the heart of Pinehurst. Pet friendly with non-refundable pet fee. All new furnishings. Condo in desired community of Pinehurst Manor! Less than a ten minute drive to Village of Pinehurst and Pinehurst Country Club. Home includes automatic drip coffee pot, patio furniture, Carolina room with desk, King size bed and a sleeper sofa. Home is Pet Friendly, but does require a pet fee of $150! This is not included in the total quoted price. Pet fee will be added after reservation is booked. Please contact us if you are looking to bring a pet.
For insurance and security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Everything was good. Check dishwasher door. Couldn’t get the dishwasher to start upon checking out.

Location great. Amenities fine. Small pet friendly appreciated. Very very dusty with large cobwebs along the ceiling in the living room area and bedroom headboard which is made of material had not been cleaned and contributed to allergies. Cobwebs also on light fixture above dining table.
