very comfortable stay for 2 families. great walkable location, next to a beautiful viewpoint for sunsets (and new year fireworks!). the pool was warm and cozy even in the winter. check in and instructions were very clear. kitchen was well equipped. we appreciated being able to check in early.

Cons: No in-house air conditioning on second floor. Portable air conditioners in bedrooms on second floor were noisy, allowed street noises in, and allowed sunlight to enter bedrooms. Kitchen electric stovetop glass not clean. Food burned onto the bottoms of some pans and stovetop. TV in guest bedroom not operating. Pros: nice location, nice view, especially for evening sunsets from the balcony. Clean rooms. Helpful front desk office.
