This 2 bedroom condo on two floors was perfect for the four of us. Santa Fe in the late September is magical. Highly recommend!

This is clearly a corporate-owned property, furnished with the bare minimumn of amenities, in particular, the kitchen lacked most essentials. The rooms were large and comfortable, but I don't recommend this property for anyone who may have limitations with steps (outside). We struggled getting in and out of our unit daily. This property does NOT have in unit laundry, and the community laundry is only open from 10-5 so if you are out during the day, it was not helpful. Our cable TV was not functional.
On the plus side, it was a quiet property and easy to get to town (NOT walkable as advertised, so we had to drive in). If you're young and able-bodied, this would be fine.
